By default, the devices should update their position every 30-90 minutes. Due to several factors such as coverage with the antenna or GPS, it may take a few minutes or hours longer. In the case of needing the position update more frequently, you can use the "Update location" button. If a device has not been communicating for more than a day, please contact us so that we can check it.
